SPBf conferences
Seeking to foster the exchange of ideas and inter-regional collaboration among biophysics the Portuguese Society of Biophysics organizes quarterly seminars in Universities across the country. Each quarter an SPBf representative from a Portuguese university is asked to propose a Biophysics topic of interest for the local research community. The SPBf board then invites a researcher in that field from a different region to deliver a seminar on the proposed topic and finances the travel expenses. The initiative rotates among all regions of the country.
